1.Product Introducation:
Coagulation Tube aims to obtain plasma specimen for coagulation
function test, it contains buffered Sodium Citrate solution with
the concentration of 3.2%(0.109mol/L).The mixing ratio of blood to
Sodium Citrate is 9:1. This anticoagulant is sustained and stable,
it strictly control the microbial limit, Making sure the APTT test
under the excellent Condition.
Coagulation tubes are filled with a buffered sodium citrate
solution. They are available with a citrate concentration of
0.109mol/l(3.2%) or 0.129mol/l(3.8%). Coagulation tubes are mainly
used for examination of coagulation parameters and can provide an
excellent condition for the test of PT, APTT VALUES.
